Extracurricular Activities

Parent and Child Programme – 930 to 11am, 1,2 or 3 times a week :

This is an interactive and engaging programme designed especially for children 6 months to 30 months of age. Facilitators plan and conduct the programmes while parents work closely with their children throughout the 90 minute session. This is wonderful opportunity for social interaction for babies and parents. There is an option to attend 1, 2 or 3 day/s per week with a parent, nanny or helper. It is a wonderful opportunity for young children to acquire basic social skills, and a great way for first-time mothers and those new to the country to meet.

aikiForest Aikido

aikiForest is the brainchild of passionate individuals who practice Aikido, a Japanese Self Defence Marital Art, as a way of life and believe that Aikido has to be shared with more people beyond the dojo (place of training) so that more can benefit. Aikido is creatively re-interpreted from its traditional format, making it contemporary and inspiring for children. Our mission is to seed in the hearts and minds of children, a genuine love for Aikido, creating a positive ripple effect in and beyond their community.
aikiForest is an affiliate of Aikido Shinju-kai, officially recognised by the Aikido World Headquarters. We are honoured to have Philip Lee Sensei (6th Dan), Chief Instructor of Aikido Shinju-kai, as our Technical Director.
