Staffing, Qualifications and Experience
The White Lodge team comprises a team of qualified, dedicated and experienced educators. Our teachers are carefully selected for their years of experience, positive personalities and dedication to provide the most secure, nurturing and educational environment for your child. A teacher-child ratio of 1:6 supports this objective.
School Principals have a Diploma in teaching and leadership and/or a Degree accredited by the Ministry of Education. Our teachers are trained in Early Childhood, Music, Drama and First Aid.
The teaching faculty is made up of early childhood practitioners, parent-child coordinators and teachers-in-training. The minimum requirements for a facilitator at any of our centres are as follows:
- Lead Teacher): Diploma/Degree in Early Years Education/Diploma in Fine Arts
- Team teacher: Currently undergoing training in a Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Trainee Teacher: Currently undergoing training in a Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
