White Lodge Bus Transport Service
To ensure that the children are able to conveniently commute between their homes and their White Lodge centre, we offer a professional service which can meet all your transportation needs. White Lodge works to facilitate the requirements of the centres. All buses are equipped with seatbelts and children travel to and from school with a Bus Auntie/Amah, who ensures the children’s safety and maintains a good demeanour.
Registration
Download the Bus Transportation Registration Form 2012. Submit these forms to the White Lodge Principal at your child’s centre at least two weeks before the date of commencement of service.

Payment
To secure a seat on the bus, a crossed cheque made payable to ’White Lodge Education Group Services Pte Ltd’ is to be submitted to the White Lodge Principal two weeks from the date of receipt of invoice.
Termination
If you wish to terminate the use of the bus service, please download the Change of Address Form Bus Transportation and submit to the White Lodge Principal at least two months prior to the date of termination. Refunds will be made on a pro-rata rated basis.
IMPORTANT & USEFUL INFORMATION
Pick-up & Drop-off
Children will board and alight from the bus at pre-designated points. This is usually at the main gate of the house or the guard house of the condominium.
All children must be met by a parent/helper (as approved by a parent) or guardian at their drop-off point. As part of the White Lodge’s policy to ensure the safety for children in our care, children will be returned to the White Lodge centre should no one be at the designated point of collection.
Students are not allowed to alight at any other point other than his/her home or travel in any other buses.
Bad Weather Conditions & Delays
In the event of rain, the drivers have been instructed to stop at the nearest sheltered area that is safe for boarding and alighting.
If the bus fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time due to unforeseen circumstances such as storms, flash floods or road closures, reimbursement can be obtained from the White Lodge Office.
Travel Times
Our Bus Services aims to deliver students to the designated drop-off within 25mins of departure from their White Lodge centre.
At times, it may be necessary to re-evaluate bus transport requirements regarding schedules and acceptable maximum travel timeframes.

Notification for Transport Changes
If your child is unwell and requires leave from school, please inform the bus driver directly.
If you have made plans for your child NOT to use the bus service for the day, please inform the bus driver directly.
Arrival & Departure Times
Buses arrive at school from 08.50- 9.15 hrs. All buses depart within 10-15mins after dismissal time.
