When people often think of Earth Day, most envision images of the planet Earth, luscious greenery made of canopies of trees; earth-toned colours and hues and the vast never-ending oceans and seas. They see in their minds cliché posters and banners advocating for conservation.
What I see in my mind is a different picture. It is one filled with emotion and of a future you and I can craft today for the children of tomorrow. NEW! Bonus Payout to I-India Teachers – Thanks to the White Lodge Community
In 2009, Jayne joined the Street Child Project Singapore as a committee member. Street Child Project is a registered society in Singapore. Their mission is to work towards supporting I-India in Jaipur. An annual dinner was staged in 2010 within the White Lodge community and due to the large cash donation by the parents, children and staff from White Lodge, a School On Wheels Program was launched.
At last years annual concert donations were made by the White Lodge community and the money was used for a bonus payout to the wonderful teachers and members of staff at I-India and the balance towards the ongoing operational costs of the School on Wheels bus [...]
LEADERSHIP CAMP 2012
We had a special “Team Building and Leadership Camp @ White Lodge” on the 30th of November and 1st of December 2012 for the Kindergarten class. We planned a range of exciting activities for the Camp. Through the various activities in the Camp, we hoped to instill a sense of belonging and teamwork in the children.
The camp helped the children develop skills such as leadership and a sense of independence. It provided the children with opportunities to take risks, plan and organise teams, meet new friends and work in groups.

Each year, the White Lodge school community come together to celebrate the diversity which defines White Lodge as the cultural melting pot that it is today. PARENT & CHILD PROGRAMME – East Coast
Parent & Child Programme starts this month at White Lodge East Coast. This programme is for children aged 6 to 30 months and their parents.
It is an interactive and engaging programme where children are introduced to various activities like Circle Time, Music and Movement, Art, Sensory and Outdoor Play.
Facilitators plan and conduct the lessons while parents work closely with the children throughout the 90 minutes, twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays 9.30am to 11.00am.
